How to use Cuplock scaffolding correctly and safely
1. The actual construction load on each square meter of the working plane should ensure compliance with the corresponding specified values and design values. The requirements for construction load: The load of Cuplock scaffolding is guaranteed to be 3KN/m ², and that of tool scaffolding is guaranteed to be 3KN/m ².
2. When arranging items on the Cuplock scaffolding, it should be ensured that they are stable and neat. It is not allowed to cause any impact on the construction operations of the workers. Workers are prohibited from running or retreating on the working platform of the Cuplock scaffolding
3 The maximum working height of the operator on the working plane of the scaffolding should be based on the normal operating position standard. It is strictly prohibited to increase the working height by adding padding objects on the scaffolding board or using single-board scaffolding.
4. When operating on Cuplock scaffolding, it is strictly prohibited to remove the basic framework members, integral members, or connecting fasteners at will. If removal is indeed necessary, it must be approved by the supervisor, records made and remedial measures taken. After the operation is completed, restoration should be carried out in a timely manner.
5. When operators are working on Cuplock scaffolding, they should always ensure the safety of themselves and the items to avoid collisions and injuries during operation. No playing around on the operation platform of the scaffolding.
6. When operators are getting on or off the Cuplock scaffolding, they should walk along the safety protection passage and are strictly prohibited from climbing the Cuplock scaffolding.
