From Raw Steel to Finished Scaffolding
Our Manufacturing Process
Our production covers the main steps from steel processing to finished scaffolding. We first check the incoming steel to make sure the material and size meet production requirements. Then, the steel goes through cutting, tube making and automatic welding. After that, key components can be hot-dip galvanized or treated according to customer needs. Before shipment, finished products are checked, packed and stored in an organized way. This process helps us keep stable quality and support large-volume orders.
